Faril Meistrell
Faril Meistrell, or Fafa as she is more frequently called, is an artist, writer, producer, and teacher. Her diversified career includes writing/producing a television series which won an Emmy Award, a documentary used by the White House, and radio shows in multiple states.
Fafa’s exhibited art has won awards as has the artwork of children she has taught. A former Montessori and Theater Arts teacher, Fafa developed and directed the first art department for a new Boys & Girls Club and produced/directed a BGC members’ made movie. Throughout her career Fafa shared her love of art and story telling with children in schools, libraries and camps across America.
Currently, while continuing to teach art, Fafa writes, produces and records children’s books.
